The main portion of the Windows Energy screen saver.

Windows Energy is a screen saver included with Windows Vista. The screen saver's file name is "ssBranded.scr".

Description

The Windows Energy screen saver begins with a short introductory sequence. The Windows start button briefly shines at the screen's center over a black background. The screen then fades to a blue background with cyan light beams shining above, and at the left side the Windows Vista "aurora" streak glistens.

The screen saver then transitions to its main sequence: two rows of shining light curves over a background with several faint lights flashing upward. The background's color alternates between blue, teal, turquoise, and green. The two rows change positions and rotate, and the curves within each row alternate between blending together and drifting apart. Larger bumps of light occasionally course through each curve randomly. The screen saver occasionally zooms into the two rows and rapidly rotates between them before zooming out.

There are no options that can be set for this screen saver.
